Are there any prerequisite skills for learning headspin? Because apparently I should be able to learn it at lv 42




....but yeah, I can't see the whole window so idk if there is a skill that I have to learn @_@

You can just add points to the previous skill till the arrow glows red.

The skill tree was designed very poorly. Although it does say that Head Spin is available at level 42, it also requires Windmill at level 3. So basically, as of right now, you can't get Head Spin until you make Windmill level 3, which is unlocked when you level up to 47.
