If you want to be invincible to absolutely everything and destroy everything in front of you with two or three buttons, pick Paladin.
If you want to play an actual fun class pick Overlord.

well yea like the title says i just joined DS today i spent quite some time thinking about what class to go with. i narrowed it down to 3 ninja, paladin.overlord, things im pretty much looking for is just a good bosser, fast grinder, solo able, i also don't want a class thats going to need a whole bunch of money just to make it good...
Hello Sam, I'm Sam. Just a CoolSam though. XD Welcome to Dragon Saga.
Well the three classes you chose are all good choices:
Ninja's are naturally good at high damage and frequent critical hits. With the IM to +20 a weapon and back at endgame with a critical damage/rate set up you'll be capable of partying in Black Claw Nest and fight Elga himself. PvP wise you have simple and hard hitting combo's as well as the capability of abusing evade which can help otherwise you could end up a glass-cannon and die swiftly. Evade works in PvE as well but some monsters ignore the stat. You also have access to block rate which is easily the most annoying thing to deal with since unlike evade it's chance to hit through it is entirely random and has no counter.
Paladin is often called "easy-mode" in PvP and PvE. They have very simple combo's and skills, good to excellent survivability, and impressive damage. Like Ninjas they can get Block rate, but unlike ninja's, they stack it to much higher levels with the help of both a block passive and block active buff which can be leveled past 5/5 with monster cards (expensive or very time consuming and requires IM) but having both of em at 5/5 helps. You have an aim buff skill and access to aura's which give both a good offensive and a support role. Though the cooldown and cast-time reducing Time Reverse is most useful. With safety foams or some survivability you can also utilize Time Reverse aura to go fight Elga with Ninjas without spending much or any money for IM.
Overlords are quite fun (Take it from me it's my main character and favorite class) as well. Unlike Ninja's and Paladins the thrill of evading and blocking isn't there so it does have more of a challenge aspect in PvP and PvE sometimes. They have a decent time dealing with groups of enemies and have higher attack than other classes. However this class does need some Cash-shop stacking to be extremely efficient. They are naturally high in Strength which stat-wise is almost useless. It can be difficult stacking aim-rate. Also they have good 1vs1 skill in PvP but they do shine in group PvP mostly.
Which do I prefer? Well I like playing as an Overlord. However it's best to play each class to the level 40-45ish range just to get a jist of how they play or do some viewing of gameplay in videos. Based on what you are looking for Ninja or Paladin is more your thing. Paladin could be cheaper however.
