ok, everything was fine till we had to change up our hard drive.
so meanwhile i took back my laptop and wanted to see if i could play `Ragnarok on it... so here my problem
Once installed, i checked the setup, running it as admin, save change, run the exe as admin then yes and the patch note (till there everything is fine) and when i click start to play, i have this error "Cannot init d3d OR grf files has problem"
is this a problem with my setup or more about my computer devices?
thx a lot for the help
reinstall then... need help

When you run setup, what is shown for Graphics Setting and Screen Size?
Is there an option selected in both boxes?

thx to your RO troubleshoothing...
yeah, there is absolutely nothing, and also no choice to put in there. Tried to downloads graphic accelerator for my system but cannot find one that fit with my version of Windows. (I rebooted my laptop by the same time with windows ultimate)
but then my laptop doesn't find appropriate driver to run my graphic card...
i'm working on this but then i guess ill just wait my other hard drive to arrive then ill play with the pc instead.
thx

Graphics drivers and/or direct x are missing or broken.
You need to install Direct X (available from Microsoft website - you may already have this installed) and/or drivers for your graphics card (available from manufacturer's website).
