hello every one , Till yesterday i was able to Login in to my account , after i wake up and try to login again it shows you have been prohibited to login till 2020 . I have not committed any crime as far as the game rules says , nor have i cheated . please help me to know what went wrong , since i have spent my whole 1 month trying to lvl up my character with the help of my friends , i do not want to restart it again.

Submit a ticket. Not much can get done on forums for this kind of matter.

This is the case where :
1. You got caught because of ill-mannered in game
2. You got prohibited to login because of server error and blocked you without reason.

Some people do got this same problem and the only way to solve it is through ticket here.

NOTE : After you fill out all the required details (while submitting a ticket), When you click on Submit, It may take some time to submit it..For example, I submitted a ticket around 4 days back..took about 15-20 mins to submit it( irrespective of your internet speed)..Please wait patiently during this time..DO NOT REFRESH OR STOP the browser's page..
