I'm trying to install the game, and I want to install it in at one specific disk (D:)
Yet the installer is bugging me because C: doesn't has enough space.
Why does it even needs to have enough space if I want it on D: and not C:? And yes, I did manually choose the location in D:
Installer claims I have no disk space

You need at least... what was it, 3GB (more than the install itself takes - blame Microsoft it's their MSI installer system that's responsible for this madness) available on the drive containing your windows temporary files folder to use as temporary storage during the installation process. This is only required during the installation process.
There are a few approaches:
Change the location of the windows temp folder http://answers.micro...27-a76c0b450818
An alternative approach would be to simply free up space on C: (you really ought to have more than 3GB free on the drive windows is installed to anyway, especially if you use C: for virtual memory (which is the default))
I assume you know the usual ways to free up space, but here's one you may not know about. If you don't use hibernation mode (not the same as sleep - hibernation is the one that takes almost as long to resume from as a normal boot), turning it off gets you a few GB on C:, by removing the multi-GB, hidden system file hiberfil.sys http://helpdeskgeek....e-hiberfil-sys/
Finally, if neither of those approaches works, you could install RO on a different computer, then copy it onto a usb flash drive, and copy it from that onto the computer you want to install it on.
