I tried to install the client for Ragnarok, but when I tried, the installation said that I had something else installing when there was nothing else installing and I clicked once. Does anyone know why this problem is occurring? If so, may someone please tell me what the bug or problem is with my installation?

here's a picture of the problem that keeps occuring everytime I try to run the installer, I've went through my task manager and looked under processes and there's nothing being installed I don't know why I'm encountering this problem

Right click on the client and select Run as Administrator. If that does not work. Delete that client and download a new one from playragnarok.com. Try to reinstall using the run as admin method. (WarpPortal, email your hosts and tell them to update their clients)
