I was wondering why louyang field was empty.

It's normal. One time I teleported to that spot and got murdered on the spot. There must have been like 100+ chillen on the high rise.

Few people and even bots go up there. The mobs slowly spawn up there as a pile with nobody to kill them after a long period of time. This is a normal occurrence on maps that are botted with few real players running through it to kill the mobs in the places in the map that aren't botted. There is a way to get to that place on that map if you do a really short miniquest though.

No, it's normal. You can get access to that part of the map by doing this quest:

Or by getting lucky with fwings, or leaping up.
