Looks sexy, IMO.
Depends on the server. On tRO it's +10% demi-human resist, +30% shadow element resistance, -30% holy element resistance, some def and 18 mdef.

Haven't tested them since then but I doubt stats on them changed on iRO.

Practically similar as Malangdo enchants. The regular ones are +1-+2 to one of your primary stat ( agi, dex, etc), then +% heal up to 10%, +crit, +atk, +ranged attacks, and more...

so 3 max enchants? then the 1 with "(this variable has a chance of appearing randomly on third hidden enchantment at +9 refinement level)" only appear at 3rd enchant?
Yeah. Arch Angel Wings can only be enchanted with one hidden socket enchant.
