So since i came back to the game i have on three days running, been unable to access the warp portal website......sometimes. Sometimes it works fine, others i cant access anything to do with warp portal at all.

From about noon yesterday until 7-8pm no matter how many different ways i tried to access warp portal, forums, different games warp portal has, etc. all i was getting was "page cannot be found" in google chrome, and internet explorer wasnt working either. Though strangly, exept for about an hour, i was still able to play ragnarok. i reset my router, turned my modum off, manually reset ip address, everything i could think of to make it work and it just wouldnt. Also i went to a couple of "is this internet page working" websites which claimed warp portal was working fine, and since i don't see anyone else not being able to access i'm thinking it was probly just me. then about 7 or 8 at night it just suddenly started working again

I submitted an email to support@ but have yet to recieve any sort of response, and since i seem to be able to access this for now i thought i would pose the question: What the hell is wrong with my stuff?
I'm running windows 7, the antivirus i use is avast, i realize there are some issues with it and ragnarok specifically(i have to disable the behavior sheild to be able to log into ragnarok, and adding exeptions to the trusted programs list doesnt seem to do anything.)
If anyone needs more info than i have provided let me know. I'd like to get this figured out before i cant acess the website again.......lol.

Your ISP is Comcast, right? Their DNS servers have been intermittently failing to resolve some warpportal related domain names (often including the RO patch server)

I've had success fixing it by configuring my computer to use google public DNS https://developers.g...-dns/docs/using

Thank you very much DrAzzy. That worked like a charm. I ended up waiting until it happened again so i was sure that it was going to show me whether or not it was fixed right away.

The funny thing is, i now know when it does it. Every post i have made so far on the forums did it. Don't know why, but it happened 3 times in a row, so that can't be coincedence. that's not to say it doesn't happen for other reasons though. lol.
