I have repeatedly checked my email for any mail from Ragnarok or Portal and nothing...I have signed in and out, and turned my computer off and on....and for soem reason Ragnarok wont let me play it help!

Have you previously been able to connect to your account, or is this your first time trying to play?
If it's your first time, have you created a game account, or are you trying to use your warpportal login info for it? You need to create a game account, by logging into your warpportal account, clicking "game list", and click the "create account" for ragnarok online) - you can have like 5 accounts per game on your warpportal account.
If you've been able to login before, do a password reset.
