I purchased WPE 3 hours ago using UltimatePay and haven't received my WPE. My account got charged and now the support page is down? What the heck is going on. This will be the last time I buy WPE once I finally get my 5k points. Get your act together and give me my points!

Ultimate pay transactions can sometimes take a few hours to clear between their systems and ours. Once the support page comes back up (should be within the next 30 minutes) submit a ticket and we can take a look at what happened.
