everytime i go kvm i got 1 hour cooldown.., all my friends play with no problem but i get the stupid 1 hour cooldown, what i can i do for fix this bug?

you can get the 1 hour timer when you try to bypass it. you also get it when you relog i believe

If you change map servers, ANY timer will get an extra hour (the first time you relog or change maps after getting the timer). This issue is known to the GMs, we are awaiting a fix from the development team.
