OK, so when ever I get onto Ragnarok Online and open either my inventory or just place my mouse onto the little chat messaging box for some reason either the scroll bar doesn't work or it'll scroll all the way up or down and just stick there, unable to move. I've reinstalled the game 2 times already so it must have to do with some pre-saved settings that I'm clearly not aware of. =-=
Can someone help me solve this problem so I can get to my items? D:

This used to happen to me if i plug in my mouse after i opened my RO client. Plug in your mouse close the current client completely and open a new one. This always fixed the problem for me.

Ehhhh, problem, my mouse broke down a while ago, I just use the touchy page on my laptop.

when that happened to me, it stayed that way until i plugged in a mouse to reset it. or possibly uninstall the mouse pad driver and reinstall it that may also reset it.

IME, it happens if you have a touchpad and accidentally hit the shortcut for scrolling (usually running finger up/down along the right hand edge of the touchpad), that will bug scrolling on RO (somehow RO misinterprets that as you continually scrolling up or down), or if you plug a mouse in after starting RO, and touch the scroll wheel.

BTW, if you didn't know, you can buy a new optical mouse for less than a latte....
