I'm wondering, I've tested these on my chars, -32% cast time. Doesn't work? o_o? on Storm Gust/Meteor Storm.

Like all +/-% cast time mods, it only effects variable cast time. Both of those skills have lengthy fixed cast times (most second job skills with cast times are 50% fixed). Check it with a skill with little or no fixed cast, and you'll see the difference. Most third job skills are better for seeing this.

but I dont see the difference on my sorc's psy wave -.- maybe because it's only 103

Stack it on top of strings and it will be very noticeable whether you have it on or off. Although 32% should be very noticeable already...

 

Psychic Wave in particular has 1 second of fixed cast time so you would need a ventus or sacrament to reduce that.

I got the maximum number of enchants on the littlest ammount of tries on the best possible ammount of slots.

 

Honestly, I'm not liking this thread in it's entirerty. Stop Brown nosing - it's making me angry.
