"You are out of available paid playing time. Game will be shut down automatically. (10)" I'm VIP, but I don't know if that's related... Another member that has VIP was able to connect.
Looking forward to seeing a solution.
Edit: Able to login to my "Non-VIP" account no problems... maybe is related to VIP

They don't have people in on Sunday. It could be like this all day, seeing as most Sunday server-problems generally are.I've sent a ticket to Support. Lets hope they read it ASAP.

Been broken with no sign of a GM for about an hour I believe, I don't think they're in anymore.Well, they triggered the maintenance. To not have people working support on a day that they are gonna tweak the servers seems kinda off. Doubt it's that. And i really hope that I am right, the alternative is kinda scary.

I didn't waste my time sending in a ticket since it takes them a day or two to read them. I was hoping they would at least monitor the forum after doing maintenance instead of just going home & going to bed.

This made me laugh a little. An error that goes unfixed (and could have for SEVERAL HOURS) that only screws paying customers is no reason to get angry at them?We've all had other problems no reason to flame the GM's.
But then why are YOU angry at them? I don't think you're doing the fanboy thing right...

They most likely will. They normally do an extension of some kind when we have been unable to login before. They also added extra VIP days to our accounts.

No, your friggin kidding me, I don't mean this SPECIFIC problem but similar problems, and I have talked to GM's multiple occasions when it does happen and I get no feedback almost or ignored. Like when my LK couldnt become RK for almost a day because some glitch, being logged out, not getting double exp when i first got VIP, being ignored why theres no glast heim spotlight exp, not gettin WP i paid for, etc. I ave plenty to be mad at the GM's and "flame" them.No this isn't the first time it's happened it's the second. Just because you try to login more then once & have the same problem doesn't mean this problem has happened several times though. We've all had other problems no reason to flame the GM's. You've never spoken to a GM so they couldn't have given you a BS answer. Nobody makes you pay for VIP. That's an OPTION.

Duh its an option, doesn't mean I didn't already pay, and am being ignored or blown off for a service I already paid for. No one needs Cable TV, no one needs internet, no one needs subscriptions to things like magazines or newspapers, no one needs modern day conveniences. Doesn't mean they didn't pay for a service already and deserve satisfaction.! You have no clue what your talking about kid.
