Damn stupid long taking registration

What the... are you guys doing so long?
I have to wait THOUSANDS of Hours until you send me an registration message for my second Account?
For WHAT am i spending hundreds of euros every year in this damn game if you aren*t even able to get me an message damn!

Check your spam folder. Gravity seems to have a hard time getting messages past spam filters.

The "not allowed to view this content" indicates that you probably have a local RO server that has requested iRO block access to your country.

Try creating a ROSE account. Then you should be able to create a Ragnarok account.

Yeah, this will do it. You don't have to download or play ROSE, just make the account.
