So my alt+m won't save. I have ran as admin and saved it then but to get my custom alt+m list i have to run it as admin everytime otherwise it's just the default alt+m list. Any fix? Even in ro as i hit alt+m and replace each line then just ex out the alt+m window and open it again it's the default.

Set RO to always run as admin.
RO should always be run as admin if it is installed inside of program files on Windows Vista/7/8 (or better yet, it shouldn't be installed in program files - in that case you wouldn't need to run it as admin).
