Well, I registered a main account already, though everytime i try to make a Ragnarok game account, I get a note that says "You are not allowed to view this content".
Is this a bug or I'm just an idiot? o.o

I don't know exactly what causes that message to be presented, but the solution is to create a ROSE Online account before creating a Ragnarök Online account.
