I let the installer sit for a bit and finally got through when about half way through the install, I got stuck with an error involving a cabinet file not being loaded/registered correctly. Can anyone tell me what this means or give me a means to fix it?
I need help with some kind of error involving Cabinet files. (RO install)

Do what Axylus suggested in your other thread:
What is the exact text of the error message that is displayed?
What is the name and size (in bytes) of your copy of the installer? (To find the size of a file, select it in Windows Explorer and then press alt-enter. Ignore the "size on disk" field.)
