Does a file named 145.mp3 exist in the BGM subfolder of your client folder?
Nope. I have 01.mp3 to 144.mp3, but not 145.mp3.

- Close any open IRO clients.
- Configure the client's programmes to run with administrative privileges.
- Download this file.
- Move the file into your client folder and overwrite the existing copy.
- Open the Renewal client updater (Ragnarok.exe).
Is the missing file created after following this procedure?

Try this:
- Close any open IRO clients.
- Configure the client's programmes to run with administrative privileges.
- Download this file.
- Move the file into your client folder and overwrite the existing copy.
- Open the Renewal client updater (Ragnarok.exe).

Well, last night, I left my PC on to DL the latest Renewal Client, so I am currently installing that now, so I hope this works.
And just so I understand, according to your #2 instructions, with this new client, I no longer have to right click and run as admin as the patcher used to suggest?

If you're not getting it only in malangdo, and it's consistent, the issue is that you missed the patch. This has been a bad week for patches being missed. I'm not sure why. Download this http://drazzy.com/patch/2012-10-30.zip , extract patch.inf, and put it into your RO folder, and it will force a repatch from oct 30, which will get all the malangdo updates.
Make sure you have RO set to always run as admin if RO is installed in program files.
Once you do what he said in step #2, you don't have to manually run as admin.Well, last night, I left my PC on to DL the latest Renewal Client, so I am currently installing that now, so I hope this works.

When I go to that setting, the Run as Admin check box is greyed out and I can't check it. However my account is an admin account, so that means it runs as Admin already right? (Using Windows Vista)

No, I don't think so. Did you disable UAC?

Yes.
In that case, every application you run will have administrative privileges, hence why the "run this program as an administrator" option is unavailable. You should just skip step 2 of the instructions in my first post.
Using the copy of patch.inf I provided will make your updater reinstall updates from 10 May 2012, which is just before the date when I suspect the update containing Malangdo's music was released.
