Anyone else run into this when making a new account? My friend was just trying to make a new account and she's new to RO, but this error keeps popping up when she's finished filling out account information. She asked me to do it but the same error persists. I ran into this problem long ago but I had my friend make the account for me, but now he's also running into the same error.

What is the exact error you receive?

At exactly what point do you receive it?

"The account is currently suspended
Please contact Warpportal support"

It happens right after my friends and I press register when we finish filling out account details (pass, nickname, DOB, etc)

Yea I'll do that I guess, thanks. But seriously, no one else experiencing the same problem? Idk why 2 of my other friends also get this error, when they're just starting to make the account.

Its one of their security checks on warpportal website. If you send them a ticket they will clear the ban. I experienced this problem a while back where I tried to log into my warpportal account as it claimed that it was suspended, however i was able to log into the game just fine.

In the ticket, GM explained that if too many connections or 2 different connections are trying to log into your warpportal account at very short intervals it will automatically suspend the warpportal account for security measures. Example, using proxy to log into the website. Probably also, the error might pop up if the origin of the registree falls under the region ban list but I am not sure if the list is still active.
