i've seen people vending these, but i haven't done everything on malangdo yet. where do you get these from?

you can exchange one for 200cans? or 30 grade E coins in the area where all the NPC's rent and sell equips, next to the storage cat. Or you can buy from vendors about 500k-1mil each. It's great for potting

i was thinking this too. i read the description of the club, and went "Nahhh"
the accessory is pretty nice (though for low level chars like you said)

whats the "seduce" effect on the club btw? the same as the demihuman kiss thing from dancers?

probably siren's call or charming wink and just translated inconsistently like there is no QA department and the game's staff is unprofessional. Like that.
