[Kaytaro]

When I login to my account I see blank character slots though there are characters created.. when I try to log in i get a novice.spr error and it crashes the client. Help please!

i just installed the game and its patched up too

Have you patched the non-classic client too? Do that if you haven't.

Yea they're both patched and updated.

You're using the wrong client. You must use the Renewal client (Ragnarok.exe) to play on the Renewal servers (Valkyrie, Yggdrasil, and Ymir), and the Classic client (ClassicRO.exe) to play on the Classic server (Classic Loki).

You might try deleting the patch, patch2 and patch_allow files and then run Renewal first as admin, then once that is fully patched, patch up classic. This should trick the game client into pulling all the patches again.
