We will be performing a server maintenance, Tuesday, April 16 at 2:00PM (-8 UTC).

For ROSE, this is a simple maintenance, however it is also being done along side some other back end maintenance needed for the Steam side of things as well.

The projected downtime has been given an expectancy of up to 4 hours in down time, depending on some factors with the Steam updates.

Let me take this vacant Rose time to ask this perplexing question: I spent months saving, trading, vending and wheeling and dealing to save for my Honor Armor to kick a certain PKer's ass. After making bombs, Poison Bullets, setting gems, and refining my gear... I thought I was ready to do some serious damage. Results: It took 4 of us in the Ruins yesterday to slap the crap out of this certain weasel's butt (no names, but attack and moon are symbiotic). I came very close to biting-the-dust. How come a Mage is so overpowered compared to other classes?

I was boostered and my cleric fully buffed me! I think my stats are set correctly. I don't think I could have been stronger.

Weird... The player is fairly good, even though he is the most annoying player in PVP areas, gotta give credit to where credit is deserved.

Can you clarify? Because you can't overlap buffs and boosters.

Kind of a bad fight for you, I am assuming arti right? Class has pretty low magic def, and moon is a debuffer so your buffs wouldn't really matter. When I kill moon for annoying the good farmers in dod I always kite him a little, to keep him off of me and preventing the stupid arrow bug where I am not shooting arrows on my screen but can skill. Trust me mage is in no way op, and oddly with the rate that guy sells and buys gear he can be crap for weeks at a time, and suddenly be geared again. You never really know what to expect from him.

I'm sorry, But I see no credit to give when a certain class has obvious advantages over other classes. It was not like he was using tactics against his opponents. Applestrudel, I wanted to make sure I didn't miss a buff, I used everything in my arsenal.

I have a few clues for you. You have to research your self.

-Buffsets
-Comboes
-Best class is raider by far.
-Def/AP system
-Dodge/Accu system

Champs. I'd say you have to go through champs to learn about gearing system and the basics of Rose.


Raiders are more for skill-based play. So I prefer raiders.

Hold your horses. Raider is what I like to play, and to be good you have to have some great dedication. A raider that's just wearing glor and a few gems's worth nothing.

what......whatt....... really ......what really well dont know where the overpowered artis is i have 2 artisans and thay are not overpowered even whit best gear and stuffs must bin a looong looong looooooooong time ago in to the future
