do wish there was a 1k point option, i do buy points for my guild members at times and sometimes it just to buy a month worth or service i mean play span worked then went dumb i rather give my money to a company i dealt with a while and know at least it going to support a game i like playing then some 3rd party vender who doesn't like my money.

Probably cause Your friend had the warpportal email blocked/spam/deleted/ect.

The knowledge base has a little guide for how to unblock it if it is. Also sending a ticket to the payment section will result in the codes for the other person or you redeem the yourself if you so desire.

And most people post that kinda stuff all around so now it barely means anything...

what can be done if anything about being scammed...i tried to sell WPE for Zeny on Ragnarok "Online we agreed on 2000WPE for 180 million Zeny and i gave him the code for WPE and he logged off without me hearing from him after a long period of time anything i can do or did i just lose 20$???...i have screenshots and saved text files if that helps any

you should send a ticket to the support team, be cautious when doing transactions like this even when you think you know the person they can run after getting what they want.

I used this feature a while ago, and I never got the emails containing the codes. I sorted it out with a ticket, but I'm just posting in this thread to see if this is a common occurrence if I was thinking of using the feature again.

Make sure they have the @warpportal.com email in the proper list, guide on how to do that.
other then that it should go through if it doesn't then just submit another ticket and you should get the codes again.
