Sadly no, Bandai Namco and I think Disney owns the rights to the Power Ranger franchise. I'll definitely try it out if it comes to the US though.

Low blow is a skill that doesn't work (doesn't really add hostility) like a topic explained the other day with a video to prove it.

Protector's 3rd aggro skill Low Blow gives a LOT less hostility than the skill description claims.

It needs to be fixed as keeping aggro on bosses is IMPOSSIBLE with fully-geared/buffed dps.

really simple solution to your lil problem dun get fully-geared/buffed dps.. get some crappy dps or some really good tank.

Hm.. so far no issues with keeping agro. In fact I taunt a lot less than I feel like I should o.o I'll have to test this.
