So... I got prohibed to log in my main account because I were sitting on Juno the last night around 3:30amPST/1:30am ServerTime, and I sent ticket in the instant moment that happen and haven't got an answer?... where's Xealot or Campitor? they also haven't reply my PM

Try the following:
Disable ad-block, use another web browser, and/or send in a ticket without/with a support account. If the issue persists contact Xealot with details of your issue.
