Tenía un personaje al nivel 40 en la cuenta y con un equipamiento sobre 20 millones de Zenys, pero esta tarde, fui a iniciar sesión con mi cuenta y ya no estaba mi personaje.
¿Qué tengo que hacer, para recuperar mi cuenta?

I had a character to level 40 in the account and with equipament thet was worth about 20 million Zenys, but this afternoon, I went to log in and I was no longer my character.
What I have to do to recover my account?

Are you on the Renewal server, and can't see any of your characters? (if you can see some, but not all, this does not apply to you - contact the GMs via support ticket immediately in that case).
If your client is not patched correctly, all your char slots on the renewal server will appear to be empty.
And due to an error by the GMs, if a patch for classic from earlier in the month is applied, it will replace the renewal client with an old (non-working) version.
