RO Account issue

Hey everybody, I'm new at IRO and I just downloaded and updated ragnarok, but there is a problem; I can't create a RO Account. In my Warpportal Account - Game Account Section When I try to create a ro account, it says; "you are not allowed to view this content". What is the problem? Account creation for RO already closed? or there is something another else I need to do? please help me ;_;

Can't remember but maybe you should check your email for an activation confirmation?

Nope =) but I solved the problem >_> I created a account from another game at warpportal then ro account creation turned to normal >_>
