I see that RWC item boxes are back in the cash shop, but I can't find reset ticket boxes. How does one purchase these?

Is the rwc ticket thingy gonna be permanent there? or it gonna be removed someday. Just curious.

Might as well be permanent with the RWC ring/pendant because they are account bound and game breaking. Need more people to buy them and enchant them I guess so there will be "more balance" in WOE.
