Failure to add account.

I've been trying to add my Requiem account and I keep being given the error message 'Such game account does not exist or already belongs to another WarpPortal account'.
Have I missed something alongt the lines and am actually doing something wrong or is this some awful bug I've been lumbered with.

Contact warp support regarding this issue and it might get resolved.
