fs abs advice needed

Hi! So I decided to come back to my forgotten priest and level him up. After reading guides I'm so confused both about the skill and the stat build. I want him to be pure support, not sure about woe - probably non-woe build.
How should I distribute my stats? 120 int or not? High agi, luck or not?
I want to see big numbers when casting restorative skills. Take meditatio or not?
Chibi pope + blush as a headgear? What about the weapon? Is kvm the best option?
Can you give me the best options to maximize my supportive play? Its ok if options would be different. If I have enough info I'll decide what's better for me.

the only advice I can give is how I did it with my AB.

120 int, 100 vit, 100 dex, rest into str. (PvE)

yes I did take meditatio, maxed out High heal aswell as an AB.

Equips: +12 ygg crown, Diabolus robe, Hodremlin valk shield, +12 KvM cure wand, Variant shoes, (phen)Diabolus ring, Light of Cure(with appropriate enchant).

the mid and lower headgear are optional unless you take chibi pope + blush (never tried that combo so i dont know the result of my healing with them)

my High heal went for about 15-16k on myself, 13-14k on others. coloseo about 4-4.5k on others, 5-6k on myself. this combo also gave me fairly nice cast times aswell.

I have a non woe fs ab balanced between heal and cast time. Minimal gears (compared to minseyy).

Maxed meditatio, heal, high heal, epiclesis and lvl1 clearance

120int, 83dex 100vit and 77luk

I use
+7 chibi pope w/ arc Angeling blush (that's why I have 77 luk)
+8 healing staff/ +7 speedy recovery
Armour garments I swap out a lot depending on the situation
Either valk shields or +7bop vol2
Light of cure w/cure lvl1
Phen accessory or if wearing Orleans a bangungot tattoo works well too for that extra heal~

I heal avg 11k ish with healing staff almost 4k with regular heal
With bangungot tattoo I heal 14kish
