cant start the game

please someone help me Im new to the ragnarok game. I just fully downloaded the game actually I started updating it and it was now fully updated I click the start then there is a pop up it was a set up in the game. I try to use the default set up but as I click ok it appeared again (the set up window) I click again and again but it appears still I cant enter into a game therefater. please I need hep GM.

Hello there and welcome to the game and forums! The setup screen pops up if you do not run the game as an administrator. Please right click on the Ragnarok.exe icon and select "Run as administrator" and it will not pop up the setup menu over ad over.
