Do stats calc in iro.db is precise? especially on calculating the ASPD?

i have a problem in managing to get max aspd. its like have precisely calculating on that stats calc but it come out wrongly when i playing the game. my base agi was 110 and with certain buff it supposed to be 193 like stated in calc but it only reach 192. then i make my agi till 120 but it still stick to 192. my food is guarana, celermine and awakening. what is the problem in that? it like i spend 10 agi point but still not manage to get 1 more aspd. can somebody please help me?
