I read that as your lv 60 ninja has 70 matk 
matk. build before 3rd is super bad. good luck. orc dungeon is good until 70.

at your level youre limited to Asura[3] with 3 centipede larva cards or Bazerald with spell enchants (or the ever expensive RWC dager combo)... once you turn Kagerou its all about Mikatskui[1] bazerald or RWC dagger combo.....
