I am using Windows 8.1 on my Macbook Pro and I have a problem as those screenshots describe. Texts inside the game are too small @@ I have tried to re-setup the resolution but it only affects the whole game window (not those things inside). Please help

That resolution looks correct to me (ie, you do not have the tiny text bug). I compare the size of the letters to the size of other things on screen, and it looks normal.
RO does not have a way to upscale the contents of the window - though at 1280x800, I'm surprised you need it.
