No bdl parts recipe quest for earth master?

Am i the only one who doesnt have bdl parts recipe quest?
i finished amnesia,f5 dv , f5 on edge , and kill elga quest but still dont have quest for bdl parts
i only got weapon recipe quest

yeah once , but i dont have any quest for bdl parts , i finish reinstalling the game and try to finish elga quest on my destro and ends for nothing,, my destro has no quest also for bdl parts

There is not any problem with the Blagon Dragon Lord quests. Make sure you have checked to show all quests and not only the ones appropriate for your level in the Options -> Misc tab. 

On the following screenshot you can see that for me all quests are available:

You can be sure that if there would be something wrong with those quests anyone else would have already informed has about it years ago. Re-installing the game won't solve this problem because if you see other quests there is no problem with the installation. 

Make sure as well that you have all needed pre-quests:

i already finished the quest "Fight against Black Dragon Lord Elga!! - Colin at Black Claw Nest" on both 2 of my char, and nothing bdl quest recipe parts pops out.

Thank you for your screenshots. You just fixed your own problem. Again: People told you already that if any of the BDL recipe quests are running the others disappear.

This includes the quest for the weapon. You can't do the BDL recipe quests all together, you have to do them one by one.

Give up the quest for the weapon and you'll see your "missing" quests magically appearing. If you accept one of the others the ones you didn't accept will disappear. When you completed the one you have accepted you can get the next one.

It works exactly this way and it's no bug. It's intended that every BDL recipe (including weapon) quest has to be done separately.
