agi or DB rune knight for fresh start server(no OCP)

i need an advice for low budget build.the server that i playing is Thailand ragnarok just open beta yesterday and no OCP item. every class need to be group up for leveling after 100+ (no low mid high ti) what i want to know is which build is better for clear old glast heim.and not to struggle to farm. price of gear is very very high cost aboud 60$-70$

it is possible for hybrid? is temp dex boot a must ? because 120dex cost too much point for physical build. is 90dex effective for DB? btw i have read all your guide but non of them are physical agi+db.because there have no mob scraf in my server so i cant follow your crit+db.

you need 120 dex for dragon breath to cast fast with temporal dex. You can still play physical with 120dex, just get around ~80+ str and lose some vit/int for it.
