Which shield for RG - PVP?

Well, my question is simple, which one is the best shield for a RG for doing PVP?? Sacred Mission or Valk Shield??

Valk Shield > more dmg reductions

- Cranial Valkyrie shield for reduction
- Cranial cross shield to do more damage with shield boom and rapid smith
- bradium shield to do more damage with shield boom only.
