Back in Jan 2023, I was playing Doram class and EXP gained slower than other class. So I created ticket and GM Illu.... has been handling this ticket.It took around a week for him to check and he answered "According to the RO1 team everything is working as intended.".
I asked him to explain in detail why it this class exp is very slow comparing to other class but he kept closing ticket, kept answering the same words that "I have already answered this ticket and the answer will remain the same." and hold this ticket for 5 months
My question is very simple, I want explanation. Is it hard to understand? why Warpportal staff keeps Agitating players? do you have working standard? If he does not have willing to work on this ticket, just change handling GM not keep toxicing and holding ticket like this. Shame on you, you are working in game company in America and you behave like this. Such a disgusting behavior, your manager should know this.
