Like from Kimi card?
Easiest way to test is for a GX to equip a Beast Claw and auto-attack an izlude egg or prontera training dummy. Both are boss class, u can tell by the skul to the left of their name.

Yes it works. I tested with Cursed Hand on Prontera Training Dummy. Notice the skull left of the name, that means it's boss class.
