WPE bug after latest maintenance

I bought WPE worth $40 after maintenance on the morning of July 3. I thought the transaction was not completed because I saw a message saying "internal error 500" and did not get WPE energy. I found out later that my bank was charged $40 by warpportal but I never got any WPE. My account history in my warpportal dashboard also proves that I did not get any WPE worth 40 usd that day.   I sent 2 tickets with details and relevant screen shots but no response of any sort from warpportal. It's been over 24 hrs, should I just dispute this transaction with my bank since there is zero support from customer service?
