How to purchase VIP?

Returning player here, but very confused.

I have WPE in warp portal. I know how to convert them to Kafra Points but the website states in big red text that VIP Packages are only available for WPE.

But I can not find that option anywhere. An older support DB entry states it should be under "Value Added Services" but that tab only shows characters transfers.

I know I can buy 10-day VIP ingame with KP. Is that the only way to do it now?

Are you a European player? If so, need to send ticket to WarpPortal Support and demand they either fix it or refund you.
