Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. We will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week unless specified otherwise.

Surprised we're not getting Kachua update today, but wanted to mention how we're missing a few other things lately.

Grandma Boxter has been needing an update since we're at 9 months waiting for OCP 53 to be added. I remember we sometimes had Boxter updated the week immediately following the box's release so taking most of a year for the update is not helpful.

Is there anything happening with Old Card Albums and Mystical Card Albums to eventually match KRO? I think all the cards in KRO's version are now on IRO so shouldn't be any issue there so I'm not sure why this hasn't been fixed either.

Anyway since this is hardware maintenance I guess I'm gonna keep busy this week doing the Shiba Says event and I hope more of those cute Shiba costumes will be put on vend after this top up event. That quest has been kind of fun even if I haven't got any of the rare reward yet and the cards have been rather helpful so far.

Wasted, if you did a spending event on top of this reload event, or a reload event with new cash item, could have been more enticing for us to reload KP

Can you not just do the reload event and not spend it? spend promotion is for KP so save it and spend the KP during a spend promotion.

Are you guys serious? Removing my comment without any reason given? Im stating the facts that when the shiba event came out, I supported and bought the full set only to be left disappointed with your new spend promotion that came after. Why can't you just give the promotion out to all people that has bought the full Shiba set? Why let the ones who buy it from the start suffer? Just be fair to the masses.

Honestly I've spent thousands on this game for the last 14 years and to me im just constantly astounded by how you treat your loyal fanbase especially the ones who have spent so much $ and time, the ones who truly love the game but are also patient enough to just keep quiet about the constant disappointments. I could have put up with it as I always do and just laugh it off or rant it off with in game IRO chaos friends but I think everyone has a limit. If you guys truly care about this game then please listen to your customers. I've been pointing out the bot situation via ticket in regards to Niff_dun02 for months even taking time to screen shot them for you yet nothing is done.

they love love love refusing to provide value to us, very cheap, very greedy - more so than usual!

Yeah still waiting on that comp from monthsssss ago. Got restoration tickets that are like 8 months old that they still haven't done either, used to take them 2 weeks tops on them.
Oh and multiple bugs reported including 1 that basically generates infinite items that they still haven't fixed.
