Hero's Grace and Hero Boots-LT combo not working

When i switch from Great Hero Boots to Hero Boots-LT i lose 60 matk (from the Great Hero Boots and Hero's Grace combo) instead of gaining the supposed 90, i dont get the +8 s.matk, and my damage is visibly weaker. The shoes seem to give its normal bonuses, so i think its the set combo bonus thats not working
