I've been able to purchase Kafra Points through steam a couple of times this week, but after the Cloudstrike/Microsoft outage emergency maintenance, I haven't been able to. When I click on the Buy Points button in game, the Steam overlay opens and tries to load a website, but it fails to connect. Eventually, it shows:
"Error Code: -118
Failed to load web page (unknown error)"
Can anyone help me with this? fwiw I have a ticket open, but no response yet.
