So I just hit my first Lv200. Yay!
Looking at these new Class 4 Meister abilities, everything requires ARB Capsules which I assume are made via Manufacture Machine.
Now here I'm am completely lost. It requires a Machine Creation Guide in order to use the skill but I cannot for the life of me find where to obtain it.
Can anyone please give a hand and help me out?
