Seed of life is required to use Call Homunculus but not required for Homunculus Resurrection so you can reset the timer if you let your homunculus die before the timer runs out.

Yeah, the update brought more homunculus pet abuse, people trying to kill their own homunculus now to avoid paying to bring it back.

how to effectively and timely kill my homun? the map where i'm leveling doesn't have any monster that can kill my homun, so does this mean every 25min or so, i have to move to a different map and get it killed, and then return to the leveling map??

no they do, just stronger monsters to find for your homunculus to get beat up faster. Could bring it to pvp and kill it with an alt or something if you don't want to rely on monsters.

geees, they (gravity) really enjoy seeing players killing their own homun's ............... this is just so stupid.

did they, or anybody, provide a good reason for this? they already took away afk killing, which could be justified, nobody should be leveling while afk, but this? is just dumb...........

kRO did this to prevent homun afk levelling. So yeah.. dumb idea lol

instead of, seed of life, maybe use some items like sticky mucus or something. that seed of life crap ain't cheap for new players, not for me. there are better ways to recycle zeny.

or instead of homun auto attack aggro monsters, make it so that homun's have to leech off the players, or the players have to make the initial attack or something, i don't know, but this seed of life idea is just..... feces.
