Coming back to RO but it won't launch? Anyone care to walk me through?

Hello, I am trying to come back to iRO but after installing it on STEAM, right after the patch, it won't open the game, I see the silouette of the window but then it closes. Can anyone help me out with this? 

try running it as admin or turn off your antivirus for a bit. sometimes restarting Steam helps too. if it doesn't work, try reinstalling, just make sure to keep your saves.
