Who do I contact in regards to issue with GM handling ticket?

I thought there was a post of chain of command to contact for issues with staff members but I cannot find it. Who should I contact on forums regarding topic? Thanks in advance.

While there is a post about who you can contact it is rather out of date.

Anyway to answer your question, in cases where these is an issue with a ticket you can reach out to the Community Managers to potentially get further assistance. Best to private message CMValkyrie here on the forums as they are best able to help in most cases. Other than Valkyrie, CM Poring is able to help but they do not check in on the forum as often so would likely see a delay in a response.
